Jens Christian Buskov Lund is a Copenhagen-based Danish Screen Actor best known for DR’s landmark historical drama 1864, one of the most ambitious Television Productions in Danish history, where he played the soldier Alfred in a series that premiered to 1.7 million Danish viewers. His credits also include the international hit series Vikings & the popular youth TV Series Anton_90, placing him comfortably in both prestige Scandinavian drama & large-scale international Productions.

Trained at Skuespillerskolen Ophelia in Copenhagen & further developed through a year of training in the United States, Jens Christian pairs solid Nordic craft with an international outlook. He is a native Danish speaker who also performs in English, with a convincing Standard American dialect & British English, & speaks Portuguese & German, giving Casting Directors unusual linguistic range for European & transatlantic Productions.

Jens Christian is also a trained Dubbing Actor & a member of the Danish Actors’ Association & his experience extends behind the camera as a Director & Writer, giving him a complete understanding of what a Production needs from its Cast, in preparation, on the day, & in post.
